What to Expect During a Healing Session
Reiki Session
During a Reiki session, experiences can vary from person to person. However, most people feel a deep sense of relaxation. Many also experience a warm, radiant energy that flows through and surrounds them. As the Reiki energy helps release tension, anxiety, fear, and other negative feelings, a state of peace and well-being is often achieved. Some individuals may drift off to sleep, feel as if they are floating outside their bodies, or have visions and mystical experiences. By the end of the session, most people feel refreshed, with a more positive and balanced outlook.

ThetaHealing Session
A ThetaHealing session begins with the practitioner asking for your permission to connect to your energy. You'll then be asked about your goal for the session or the issue you want to address. If there's nothing specific, you might be asked, "If you could change anything in your life right now, what would it be?"
The ThetaHealing technique can address a wide variety of physical and emotional issues. A typical session includes an intuitive scan, belief work, and healing. The practitioner will guide you through a muscle test to identify which of your beliefs might be contributing to the issue you're looking to change. Nothing is altered without your consent; the practitioner will ask for your verbal permission before making any belief changes or performing any healing.

Medical Reiki
I am a certified Medical Reiki Master, trained to provide Integrated Energy Medicine to patients in medical settings. Through the use of Reiki, I can enhance a patient's medical experience in settings such as operating rooms, infusion centers, labor and delivery rooms, birthing centers, hospices, and more. My expertise allows me to safely administer Reiki to clients, providing them with a holistic approach to their medical care.

Pet Reiki
Don't forget about the furry, four-legged members of your family. Reiki can help animals heal from illness, recover from trauma due to abuse or abandonment, and relieve the stress of performing in competitions. I love seeing how each animal responds to the gentle energy of Reiki. For large animals or pets that do not travel well, I can come to you. Please note that additional travel expenses may apply depending on the distance.

Heartfelt Soul Reading
Experience profound healing and comfort with my Heartfelt Soul Readings, where I combine mediumship and psychic abilities to provide you with validating information and heartfelt messages from your loved ones who have passed away, spirit guides, and angels.
